164 ICT companies in 2021 to 142 ICT companies in 2019 (the turnover of the 142 companies in 2019 made almost 15% of total service sector). Several well-established companies based their branches in Daugavpils, for example, TestDevLab Daugavpils – software testing for major platforms and devices, solutions used by 1.5 billion people every day.

Green technologies

Daugavpils has the potential to expand this sector, equipped with skilled labour, long-standing experience, and the necessary resources.
